Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g bell pepper(s)
- 200 g fennel
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 ml white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
with spice base
Peel the carrots and slice them thinly, clean and halve the mushrooms. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds and white pith. Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Clean the fennel and cut into small pieces. Cut the zucchini into slightly thicker slices. If the slices are too large, halve them. Briefly sauté the vegetables in small batches in oil, remove them, and set aside. In the same pot, prepare the seasoning base. Add 800 ml water and 200 ml white wine to the pot and stir in the seasoning base. Bring everything to a boil. Add the vegetables, stir, and simmer gently on low heat until the vegetables are tender. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little wine or cream. Serve with rice or pasta.
