Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 broccoli (approx. 500 g)
- 1 point dumplings (mini dumplings)
- 1 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Pizza spice mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, boil the mini dumplings in water for 7 minutes according to the package instructions. During this time, cut the broccoli into florets and fry them in a deep pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the vegetable stock over the dumplings and deglaze with the pizza tomatoes. Add the remaining seasonings and bring everything to a boil. Drain the finished dumplings. Then add them, stir, and let stand for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve.
