Easy broccoli noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 50 g butter
  • 300g penne
  • Salt
  • n. B. cheese, grated (e.g. Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Prepare the penne according to the package instructions. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Toss the broccoli and pasta in it and add salt to taste. It’s delicious as a side dish to stir-fried dishes. Tip: For a main course, you could also melt some cheese.
