Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pizza dough, rolled out
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 100 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- ¾ tsp salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine the single cream and Emmental cheese in a bowl. Coarsely grate the zucchini and carrots and add them. Finely chop the parsley and add them. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the topping on the pizza dough and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
