Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the dough, dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water. Put the flour and salt in a bowl and pour in the yeast water. Knead and add enough water to form a nice, smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise until it has increased in volume considerably. For the topping, peel the onion and dice it finely. Dice the tomato and bell pepper as well. Mix everything well with the minced meat, tomato paste and parsley, and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Divide the yeast dough into two portions and roll each out into plate-sized, flat pizza discs. Place the discs on baking sheets and spread the minced meat mixture on top. Bake the pizzas one after the other at 200°C until the dough is a nice light brown and the minced meat mixture is cooked through.
