Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g fish fillet(s), e.g. cod, pollock or redfish
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • curry powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Allspice
  • herbs, chopped

Clean the fish fillet, cut into large pieces, season with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and slice the leeks. Heat oil in a casserole dish and sauté the diced onions and sliced ​​leeks. Add the fish pieces and season with curry, coriander, and allspice. Add the tomatoes without any liquid and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs. This dish goes well with rice.
