Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g tuna in its own juice (can)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small bell pepper(s), red
- 75 g peas, frozen
- 75 g corn
- 75 g beans, green, frozen
- 50 ml chili sauce or salsa sauce
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the beans in the microwave. Drain the tuna. Finely chop the spring onion and bell pepper and fry in oil. Add the peas (not thawed), green beans, and corn and heat through. Add the tuna and sauce. Stir and heat through. Finally, add the sliced chili pepper and season with salt.
