Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g wild garlic
- 50 g pine nuts
- 80 g Parmesan
- 60 g dried tomatoes
- 100 g olive oil or rapeseed oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Puree all ingredients. Store in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator for 7 days. Delicious topped with tomatoes on toasted or whole-grain bread. It also works well as a pesto with feta crumbs on pasta.
