Cauliflower and tuna patties

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower, small to medium-sized
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and separate the flowers. Finely chop the cabbage florets. Add the other ingredients and mix everything with your hands. Form small patties and fry them in hot oil on both sides. The patties should only be turned once, as they fall apart easily. If the mixture is too soft, stir in more breadcrumbs and/or egg. It will still remain a light and fluffy mixture.
