Potato crispy spread with feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g potatoes, cooked, possibly from the previous day
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 300 g yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese or cow’s milk cheese in brine
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • some curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roast the sesame seeds and sunflower seeds separately in a pan without fat and let cool. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds. Finely chop the potatoes and mash them finely with a fork or press them through a potato ricer. Crush the garlic. Mix the potatoes well with the garlic, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, oil, soy sauce, yogurt, paprika powder, and curry powder. Finely crumble the feta cheese, stir it in, and season to taste. Delicious with ciabatta or baguette.
