- 150 g dumpling dough
- 30 g mozzarella
- 40 g tomatoes
- 5 ml oil
- e.g. basil
- e.g. salt and pepper

Divide the dumpling dough into two pieces. Top one with the tomato, mozzarella, and basil. Then place the other piece on top and press both pieces together. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tomato and mozzarella cordon bleu until golden brown on both sides. If desired, season with salt and pepper. Serve with a salad.
