Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • ½ chili pepper(s), red, chopped
  • 100 g cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, for sautéing
  • 150 g ham, cut into strips

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk the eggs and mix them with the chili pepper and cheese. Sauté the tomatoes in the butter. Add the ham strips and pour the egg mixture over them, then let them set for about 10 minutes. I usually use Edam cheese, but of course, everyone’s taste is a matter of preference.
