Paprika scrambled eggs with seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • some pumpkin seeds
  • some sunflower seeds
  • small piece(s) of butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

hearty and healthy for breakfast

Crack the eggs in a small bowl and whisk them with the paprika, salt, and water. Melt a very small knob of butter in a small nonstick pan and lightly toast the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Then pour the beaten eggs over the eggs in one go and let them set. A healthy and delicious breakfast, dinner, or snack. A quick note: the paprika powder will make the scrambled eggs look a bit darker.
