- 3 chicory
- 1 apple
- 4 tbsp wild garlic oil or garlic oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (quince balsamic vinegar)
- Herbal salt or salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
For the dressing, combine wild garlic or garlic oil, quince balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt or herb salt. Finely slice the chicory. Cut the apple into small pieces. Stir both ingredients into the dressing. Approx. 150 calories per serving.
