- 20 g yeast (fresh or 1 packet of dry yeast)
- 400 g flour
- 1 ½ cups water, lukewarm
- ½ cup oil
- Grease for the tray

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. First, knead with a dough hook until the dough pulls away from the bowl. Then knead again by hand. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Place the finished dough on a greased baking sheet, roll it out, and top it as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C on the middle rack. The pizza is ready when the edges are lightly browned. This dough is enough for a standard baking sheet.
