Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 peppers
- 2 large carrots
- 200g tofu
- 3 tbsp buckwheat (buckwheat groats)
- Breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- oil
- oregano
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the buckwheat groats according to the package instructions. Grate the carrots and chop the bell peppers. Place the bell peppers in a sieve and press out the juice. Cut the tofu into small pieces and place all ingredients in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of buckwheat groats and mix with your hands. Add a little breadcrumbs until a pliable dough forms. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and oregano. Form the mixture into patties and fry with a little oil over medium heat until golden brown.
