The world's best spaghetti salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch chives, fresh
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

with fresh chives

Break the spaghetti into small pieces, cook according to the package instructions until al dente, and then rinse with cold water. Finely dice the garlic or press it through a press. Finely chop the chives and add them to the spaghetti along with the garlic and oil. Halve the tomatoes. Dice the feta cheese and mix them into the pasta. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired. This is one of our favorite salads. However, I only make it when I can find fresh chives at the market. That’s the be-all and end-all of this salad. It’s best to let the salad marinate for a few hours.
