Summery quark and cream dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp, heaped muesli (Knusper Klassik)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with fruit and crispy muesli base

First, place the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix until smooth using a mixer or food processor. Whip the cream, add the vanilla sugar, and whip until stiff peaks form. Stir 1 pinch of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest into the quark. Then gently fold in the cream. Carefully wash the fruit and pat dry. Serve in four glasses. Place a tablespoon of muesli at the bottom of each, then the quark mixture, then the fruit, then the quark mixture, then a raspberry and some lemon zest for decoration. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
