Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 pieces of meringue
- 1 liter of cream
- 2 bags of cream stiffener
- 4 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 bar of block chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Break the meringue and chocolate into small pieces. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar (not too stiff). Stir in the meringue and chocolate pieces, pour the mixture into a baking dish, and place it in the freezer.
