Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 mangoes, ripe
- 150 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 150 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
- 250 g quark (20-40%)
- 500 g natural yogurt 3.5%
- 1 vanilla pod(s) (the pulp)
- 100 g sugar
- some lemon peel, grated

quick and very tasty
Cut the mango into pieces, clean the strawberries and raspberries, or thaw them. Combine the quark and yogurt, then stir in the vanilla bean paste and sugar until creamy. Add the lemon zest to taste and mix again. Mix the fruit and place it in a bowl (half full), then spread the yogurt cream on top. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
