Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 80 g cereal (spelled crunchies)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 150 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mash the banana and mix with the honey. Place 100g of the strawberries in a blender with the cream cheese and orange juice and blend until a smooth sauce forms. Chop the remaining strawberries. Divide the banana mixture between two small glasses. Divide the spelt crunchies between the glasses and layer them on top of the banana mixture. Finally, divide the strawberry pieces between the glasses and pour the strawberry sauce over the muesli.
