Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, instant, sweetened
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter or nut butter
- 35 g protein powder (chocolate flavor)

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the resulting cream into a bowl and serve with chia seeds, fresh fruit, and nuts, for example.
