Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, instant, sweetened
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter or nut butter
  • 35 g protein powder (chocolate flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the resulting cream into a bowl and serve with chia seeds, fresh fruit, and nuts, for example.
