Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tsp, leveled guar gum
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Sugar or liquid sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple, vegan and low-fat

Mix the cocoa powder with a little soy milk or water. Pour the soy milk into a tall container and stir in the cocoa slurry. Season to taste with sugar or sweetener. Sprinkle the guar gum over the cocoa milk and beat the mixture with a hand blender or mixer until it thickens slightly and reaches a creamy consistency.
