Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese (Emmental or mountain cheese), grated
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and grate them thinly. Combine 100g of cheese with cream, garlic, pepper, and salt and add to the potatoes. Mix everything together and pour into a greased casserole dish or deep baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes. Serve immediately.
