Penne with Salsiccia
The perfect penne with salsiccia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Penne
- 1 Onion
- 1 whole Salsiccia (depending on how big they are and the firm sausage)
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 3 Pck Sieved tomatos
- Italian herbs
- Salt pepper
- Butter or oil for frying
- Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry them together in a saucepan, then add the tomato paste. It is best to cut the salsiccia into thin slices and halve or quarter again as you like and add to the saucepan. After sautéing it briefly, add the tomatoes and season with parsley and the Italian herbs. Simmer a little on a low heat. If necessary, season with salt and a little pepper. Note: Chilli is not necessary, unless you want it a little spicier, but the spiciness of the sausage is actually enough.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain after boiling and put back in the saucepan, pour the sauce over it and mix with the pasta. You can also serve Parmesan or other cheese with it.
