Vegetable Penne
The perfect vegetable penne recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Penne
- 1 l Water
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Broccoli, fresh
- 250 g Zucchini, fresh
- 1 St. Paprika, fresh
- 1 St. Onion
- Salt, pepper, chilli powder, chives, Italian spices
- Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and drain.
- Wash the vegetables and cut the onions into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onions. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, cut the zucchini into small strips and cut the broccoli into small pieces. Gradually add the vegetables to the pan and fry them.
- Add the penne to the pan and season with the spices.
- Depending on your taste, pesto or Parmesan can be added to the dish.
