Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 tbsp flour, for the sweat
  • 1 tbsp fat, for sweating
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • some parsley, for the eye

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with curry to cauliflower or broccoli

Sauté the onions in the fat. Sauté the flour in it and deglaze with the broth. It should reach a creamy consistency. Stir in the curry and season with salt and pepper. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the sauce. Add some parsley, if desired. Serve with cauliflower or broccoli and boiled potatoes.
