Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g marshmallow(s), white
  • 1 ¼ kg powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the marshmallows and water in a microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 minutes at 600 watts. Some marshmallows will retain their shape but will still be soft. Using a mixer (dough hook), mix the melted marshmallows with 1.25 kg of powdered sugar. If the mixture starts to stiffen, simply microwave briefly.
