Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • some dill, dried or fresh
  • 1 tsp mustard

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Mix the cream cheese, mustard, and sour cream until creamy. Fold in the salmon pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and dill. Since salmon is usually salty, you don’t need quite as much salt; be sure to try it! This salmon paste tastes great on small pieces of black bread or crackers and can be served for a Sunday brunch or a festive buffet.
