Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g fish (smoked halibut)
  • 2 tsp pine nuts
  • 8 green olives without stones
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Pepper, white from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 baguette(s) (Ciabattabaguette), fresh from the oven

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finger food and party snacks

Remove the skin from the halibut slice and mash the meat with a fork. Puree the pine nuts, olives, and basil leaves, then mix thoroughly with the cream cheese and halibut meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette diagonally into slices and spread generously with the paste. Garnish with fresh herbs, olive slices, and toasted pine nuts.
