Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g oat flakes
- 20 g powder (protein)
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 tbsp Stevia
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 12 drops flavoring (chocolate sweetener)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Low carb, high protein and low fat
Grind the oatmeal into flour in an electric coffee grinder or food processor. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a little water until a smooth batter forms. Thin with water until the batter runs slightly from the spoon. Bake 1.5 heaped tablespoons per waffle in the waffle iron. Makes approximately 8 waffles. Per waffle: 102 kcal, 8.5g protein, 12g carbohydrates, 1.6g fat.
