Protein-rich, clean and juicy sports apple muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 100 g melt-in-the-mouth flakes, alternatively fine oat flakes
  • 50 g protein powder, neutral or vanilla
  • 2 m.-large egg whites
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff and chop the apple into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients. Now fold the beaten egg whites into the batter and add the apple pieces. If the batter is still a little too stiff, add a little milk. Spread the batter into a prepared 12-cup muffin tin. Bake for about 25 minutes at 175°C. A high-protein snack with good carbohydrates and low fat! Per muffin: 68 kcal, 7 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fat, 7.7 grams of protein.
