Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g Emmental cheese in one piece
- 1 can of corn, 400 g
- 1 can kidney beans, 400 g
- 2 m.-large onion(s), red
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Balsamic vinegar, light
- Rapeseed oil
- Dill, fresh or frozen
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill

vegetarian, easy to prepare, a hit at parties, as a snack to take to the office
Cut the Emmental cheese into small cubes. Rinse and drain the corn and kidney beans. Finely dice the onions. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix all ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.
