Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp argan oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp pepper

Refreshing raw food for garlic fans
Halve the zucchini lengthwise and then slice as thinly as possible. Depending on their size, either slice the mushrooms thinly or halve them first and then slice them thinly. Place everything in a salad bowl. Add the crushed garlic cloves. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well with the oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
