Puff pastry quiche with feta, cheese, ham, mushrooms and Camembert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, fresh, from the refrigerated section
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g cooked ham, diced
  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g Camembert(s), maybe a little more
  • 2 mushrooms
  • some nutmeg, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold
  • Fat, for the shape
  • n. B. olive paste
  • Basil, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Grease the quiche dish and lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Line the dish with puff pastry. Prick the base several times with a fork. Whisk together the eggs, crème fraîche, feta cheese, cheese, ham, nutmeg, salt, and pepper and pour over the puff pastry. Thinly slice the Camembert and mushrooms and arrange them decoratively on top. Spread olive paste evenly over the dish, if desired, and smooth the surface. Bake in the hot oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Decorate with basil.
