Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g cherry tomatoes or vine tomatoes
- 2 peaches
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 2 packs of mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and peaches and cut them into bite-sized pieces, and finely slice the onion. Gently mix everything with a pinch of salt and pepper, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, and 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Slice the mozzarella and tear the basil. Serve both with the well-seasoned tomato salad. Serve with fresh baguette.
