Homemade oat crêpes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 1 shot of oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tbsp fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine eggs, spelt flour, oat milk, water, and salt in a mixing bowl. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little fat. Pour batter into the pan in portions, spread evenly, and cook into crêpes. Top with savory or sweet toppings, as desired, and serve.
