Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 100 g wheat flour type 550
- 3 eggs
- 350 g milk
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grind the oats finely in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add oil to a pan and fry 4 large pancakes. Serve with sugar and applesauce. Of course, you can use other ingredients, but we like it best this way.
