Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 ml liquid (water or almond milk, for example)
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, optional
- 1 tbsp agave syrup, optional

First, grind the oats into flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. If you like, you can also add peanut butter to the batter. Pour the batter into a pan and cook for about 2-4 minutes per side, until the pancakes are cooked through. Optionally, top with peanut butter and agave syrup.
