- 150 g oat flakes
- 50 g flour
- 80 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp water
- 50 g cheese, grated. Swiss
- Salt
- 1 tsp baking powder

makes about 30 pieces
Grind the oats slightly with a chopping knife. Then mix them with the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the egg yolk with the water and mix with the butter and grated cheese to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough to a knife-thick thickness and cut out squares with suitable cutters or roll them into squares. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 175°C for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
