World's best cucumber salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the cucumber. If it oozes water, drain it, otherwise the salad will end up too watery. Chop the bell pepper and spring onion into small pieces and add to the cucumber along with the spices, oil, and yogurt. Mix everything well and let it sit for a moment. For a light summer dish, simply add some smoked salmon or bring it as a side dish to a barbecue.
