Pretzel burger with grilled chicken, Camembert and sweet mustard

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 m.-large pretzel roll
  • 2 slices of Camembert
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • some iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 pinch(s) of barbecue spice
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the chicken fillets and cook thoroughly on the grill or in a sandwich grill. Finally, place the Camembert on top and let it melt slightly. Meanwhile, cut the pretzel roll in half and spread both halves with herb cream cheese. Place a few leaves of iceberg lettuce on the bottom half of the roll. Place the grilled chicken breast fillet and Camembert on top of the lettuce and spread the whole thing with sweet mustard. Place the second half of the roll on top.
