Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of Chinese cabbage
  • 10 cm cucumber(s), organic
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Tonka bean abrasion

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the Chinese cabbage and cucumber. Stir together the dressing ingredients until smooth and season to taste. Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
