Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg Spillinge, blue, pitted
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 4 cl balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Place the pitted spillings in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and balsamic vinegar and cook according to the package instructions. Blend everything with a hand blender and pour hot into prepared screw-top jars.
