Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml oil
- 150 ml white wine
- 150 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 200 g cooked ham, chopped
- 1 small onion(s), chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Quick preparation
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and pour the batter into a greased, 26 cm long loaf pan. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50 minutes. It’s delicious hot or cold. I serve it with garlic curd. It goes well with any buffet. Instead of ham, you can use salami, or add some leeks, mushrooms, or bell peppers. Everyone can choose the ingredients according to their taste.
