Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 100 g turkey breast slices
  • 3 spring onions
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 ml milk
  • 60 g almonds, ground
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Margarine for greasing the muffin tray

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Makes 10 muffins

Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Finely chop the spring onions, bell peppers, and sliced ​​turkey breast and place in a bowl. Add the low-fat quark, milk, and ground almonds and mix well. Then add the grated cheese, eggs, and sunflower oil and mix well. Grease a 10-cup muffin tin with margarine and fill the muffin tins to the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
