Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 100 g turkey breast slices
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 40 ml milk
- 60 g almonds, ground
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- Margarine for greasing the muffin tray

Makes 10 muffins
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Finely chop the spring onions, bell peppers, and sliced turkey breast and place in a bowl. Add the low-fat quark, milk, and ground almonds and mix well. Then add the grated cheese, eggs, and sunflower oil and mix well. Grease a 10-cup muffin tin with margarine and fill the muffin tins to the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
