Spicy Cold Dog
The perfect spicy cold dog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Herbal cream cheese
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 1 Peeled garlic
- Pepper
- Crisp Rye Crackers
- 25 g Arugula
- 100 g Parma ham
- Mix the cream cheese, mascarpone and feta cheese to a smooth mass, peel the garlic, finely chop and mix with the cream, season with pepper.
- Line a loaf pan with baking paper and put 3 slices of crispy bread in it with the cheese cream.
- Wash the rocket, shake it dry and spread half of it on the cream, put some small pieces of ham on top of the rocket and continue until the mold is filled, ending with a layer of crispy bread.
- Now freeze the loaf pan in the freezer for 45 minutes, loosen the edges with my moistened knife and turn the cold dog onto a large plate, cut into slices and serve on a little salad.
