Ingredients

  • 400 g White couverture
  • 275 g Coconut oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 25 g Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Chocolate waffle pastries
  • 50 g Fruit mix
  • 12 Silicone muffin cups

Instructions

  • First prepare a water bath. Chop the couverture. Melt with coconut oil over a warm water bath.
  • Beat the eggs and powdered sugar with the mixer until thick and creamy. Stir the couverture mixture into the egg cream. Then put it back on the warm water bath.
  • Prepare the muffin molds and add some mixed fruit to each mold.
  • Then add some of the cream, place a waffle biscuit on top and cover again with cream.
  • Put in the fridge and let it set.
  • Before serving, turn out onto a plate and garnish with half a waffle biscuit. You can also grate some dark chocolate over the muffin, but for me personally it would be too heavy when it comes to the sweetness .....
  • Bon appetit!
