Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 250 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • e.g. fat, for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

with spinach and tomatoes

Cook gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the surface. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Thaw the spinach and then season with a little nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix the crème fraîche with the crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
