Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 100 g Gouda in one piece
  • some grapes
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 large gherkin(s)
  • 1 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Spirit vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Simple and vegetarian

Dice the boiled eggs, cheese, tomato, bell pepper, and cucumber, and halve the grapes. Add the mayonnaise and season to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for 1-2 hours.
